Welcome to the Spa at the Salthouse Hotel. To ensure a relaxing and safe experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you read and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Appointments • Appointments must be booked in advance, either online, by phone, or at reception. • A valid credit/debit card is required to secure all bookings. • Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time or rescheduling.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to attend an appointment, will incur a 100% cancellation fee. • Group bookings (3 or more guests) require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.

3. Health & Medical Conditions • Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, recent surgeries, or injuries prior to treatment. • Some treatments may not be suitable for guests with certain medical conditions or during pregnancy. • We reserve the right to decline or modify treatments based on your health information for your safety.

4. Age Policy • Guests must be 18 years or older to access spa treatments and facilities.

5. Use of Facilities • Spa facilities are for the exclusive use of hotel guests and spa customers. • Swimwear must be worn at all times in shared wet areas (sauna, steam room, etc.). • Mobile phones must be switched off or kept on silent to maintain a peaceful atmosphere. • Alcohol can be purchased in the Spa. You ARE NOT allowed to enter the spa with your own alcohol.

6. Valuables & Personal Belongings • Lockers are available for your use; however, we recommend leaving valuables in your hotel room. • The Salthouse Hotel Spa is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings.

7. Gift Vouchers • Spa gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. • Vouchers must be presented at the time of redemption and cannot be extended beyond their expiry date. • Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

8. Behaviour & Conduct • The spa is a place of relaxation and wellness. We ask that all guests speak softly and respect the peaceful environment. • Inappropriate or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the premises without refund. • The Salthouse Hotel Spa reserves the right to refuse service at any time.

9. Liability • All guests use the spa and its facilities at their own risk. • The Salthouse Hotel Spa shall not be liable for any accident, injury, or loss incurred during your visit, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

By booking a treatment or using the spa facilities, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. If you have any questions or require clarification, please don’t hesitate to contact our spa reception.

• All appointments must be pre-booked

• All guests must arrive on time for your appointments. If you are running late, we may have to reschedule your appointment.

• No children are allowed into the spa, strictly over 18s.

• We are encouraging card payments where possible but cash is also being accepted.

• All residents can arrive 5 minutes prior and non-residents can arrive 15 minutes prior.

• Hotel guests are advised to shower and change in their room prior to your visit to the spa. Robes and Slippers will be provided to you.

• Non-residents are to shower in the changing rooms prior to use of spa facilities & treatments. Robes, towels & slippers will be provided in a clean and sanitised locker.

• Water is available from the water dispenser using the eco friendly glasses provided.

• On arrival for your treatment, please sanitise your hands with the sanitiser provided at the spa reception.

• We will then guide you to the changing area, facilities and relaxation room where your therapist will collect you.

• You will need to fill in a declaration form prior to your visit, this will be sent to you in the confirmation email and you must email back prior to visit.

• It is mandatory to use lockers for clothes and personal belongings only, do not leaving any of these personal items outside of their lockers.

• Items are to be removed after the guest finishes their use of the facilities, if possible, the guest should drop their own towels into laundry baskets.
