Rooms

A £75.00 deposit is payable at the time of booking. This is refundable up to 48 hours prior to the day of arrival in the event of cancellation. The deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is made within 48 hours of arrival full payment will be taken. For cancellations made on the day of arrival or for no show bookings, the full amount of the accommodation will be taken. Please note that for Advanced Purchased bookings, the full payment is taken at the time of booking and is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Lodges & Farmhouse

A 50% deposit is payable at the time of booking. This is refundable up to 7 days prior to the day of arrival in the event of cancellation. The deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is made within 7 days of arrival. For cancellations made on the day or 48 hours prior to arrival or for no show bookings, the full amount of the accommodation will be taken. Please note that management reserves the right to cancel or amend any booking at any time, and for any reason without prior notice to you.

Spa Cancellation

Cancellation up to 72 hours prior is free. Within 48 hours, 50% refund and within 24 hours or less. Full Payment required or move to an alternative date
