• The client must be over the age of 18 years. • The client will not be allowed to float if they have applied fake tan or dyed their hair within the last 14 days. • The client will not be allowed to float if they are under the influence of substances or heavy medication. • The client will not be allowed to float if they have any infectious or contagious conditions. • The client must take precautions for menstruation or reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours in advance. • The client will not be allowed to float if they do not have full control of their bladder or bowels or if they have had a sickness & diarrhoea bug within the last 14 days. • The client must not leave any residues in the tank, including bodily fluids, hair dye, fake tan, makeup, lotions, or other contaminants. In the event a client contaminates the float tank, it will result in a cleaning and salt replacement fee of up to £1500. • The client must acknowledge that float tanks are situated in wet environments, and they should take care when entering and exiting the tank. They must also rinse off excess salt after their session to prevent slipping. • The Salthouse Spa cannot be held liable for any injury during any treatments and the client is fully responsible for their own health and safety. • The client must arrive at their appointment 10 minutes early to receive instructions. • The client must be able to confirm that they can safely participate in a float session by meeting the following conditions: • The client is comfortable spending 45 minutes alone floating in 12 inches of water. • The client must be able to get dressed and undressed independently. • The client must be able to climb in & out of the float pod without assistance. • The client must be able to open and close the float pod lid on their own. • The client must be able to shower alone, including entering & exiting the shower safely.

• All appointments must be pre-booked

• All guests must arrive on time for your appointments. If you are running late, we may have to reschedule your appointment.

• No children are allowed into the spa, strictly over 18s.

• We are encouraging card payments where possible but cash is also being accepted.

• All residents can arrive 5 minutes prior and non-residents can arrive 15 minutes prior.

• Hotel guests are advised to shower and change in their room prior to your visit to the spa. Robes and Slippers will be provided to you.

• Non-residents are to shower in the changing rooms prior to use of spa facilities & treatments. Robes, towels & slippers will be provided in a clean and sanitised locker.

• Water is available from the water dispenser using the eco friendly glasses provided.

• On arrival for your treatment, please sanitise your hands with the sanitiser provided at the spa reception.

• We will then guide you to the changing area, facilities and relaxation room where your therapist will collect you.

• You will need to fill in a declaration form prior to your visit, this will be sent to you in the confirmation email and you must email back prior to visit.

• It is mandatory to use lockers for clothes and personal belongings only, do not leaving any of these personal items outside of their lockers.

• Items are to be removed after the guest finishes their use of the facilities, if possible, the guest should drop their own towels into laundry baskets.
